The School Advisory Council (SAC) is a state
mandated group that is composed of elected parents and staff
representatives. The group is responsible for school
improvement initiatives at the school. Each year they
review data on attendance, achievement, discipline and
customer satisfaction to determine the goals and objectives
that are to be included in the School Improvement Plan.
They also determine how budgeted School Improvement dollars
are to be used. Parents are encouraged to contact the
office at 694-1258 if they are willing to work with this
group. Meetings are scheduled as needed. The group usually
meets from four to eight times during the year. |
