Breakfast will be available to students for $.55 per day, or $.30 for students eligible for the reduced price.  Lunch, which includes a half-pint of milk, is available to students at a cost of $1.60 per day, or $.40 for students eligible for reduced the price.  Milk is available for $.35 each.  These prices are subject to change. 

For students who purchase their breakfast or lunch on a regular basis, we suggest that you pay by the week.  You may send a check made payable to Orange River Elementary each Monday.  If the child is absent on Monday, meals for the remaining days of the week may be paid for on the day he/she returns.           

If your child forgets his/her lunch or money, we will make every effort to contact you, as we are not permitted to allow him/her to charge their lunch.  If we are unable to contact you, your child will receive a minimal lunch consisting of a sandwich and milk. 

Children are not allowed to bring glass containers to school in their lunches.
