If a child is withdrawn from school during the school year, a transfer slip must be requested from the school office at least two days prior to leaving.  This will give the teacher enough time to prepare the necessary papers without interrupting the class.  It is important that this request be made by a parent, either by phone, in person or in writing.  Relying on a child’s message often leads to a misunderstanding.
